My carpet is 35 years old and has seen children raised and dogs and cate come and go.  I've used Shambaugh from the beginning.  Shambaugh, with their excellent cleaning and scotchguarding services, has kept it looking, if not "like new", at least very respectable looking.  Downright shocking how good it continues to look.
